1. Membership and Registration Fees

- Presenters are expected to present their posters during dedicated poster session time. Please note that presenters must be at their poster boards during the poster session on their assigned days. During this time, attendees may ask questions about your abstract.

- Posters are to be set up from 9 or 11 a.m. on your presentation day. Setting up the poster as early as possible to allow participants who visit poster area early can watch your poster. And it will be removed promptly at 3 or 4 p.m. at the same day.

- You are responsible for set-up and take down of your own poster. Unclaimed posters are not the responsibility of the conference organizers, KCS, and will be disposed following your day.

- If your posters are not hung on board during all your presentation time, you are considered to have not attended. And your name will be included into the unpresented list.

□ Poster Presentation Area

Each poster has a Poster Code on it. Using the poster code, you can find the location where you can display your poster. Please refer to your location on the bulletin board placed in the Exhibition Hall.

□ Supplies for Display

Poster board is covered with nonwoven blue fabric material. Please use prepared push pins to attach your posters on poster boards.
